1. By gauges I presume that you are talking about great big plugs in your earlobes that are favored by desperate attention seekers, and not speedometers, tachometers, etc. No. But if you want to wear them when you ship to boot camp, it will be appreciated by all of your fellow recruits because all attention from the Drill Instructors will be focused directly on you.
2. Poster above has a keen sense of humor. Also, I believe your question isn't serious, which leads me to believe you're "trollin". No, the military WILL NOT accept body piercings of any sort, if they waived it, I could assume your Drill Sergeant would be making you "beat your face" quite alot.
