Sight Gauge

oil pressure gauge has oil in it and it leaks out onto dash how do i fix this?

i bought brand new gauges and my oil gauge now hasd oil inside it and it leaks out onto my dash. it didnt do this with the old gauge what the heck is the problem and how do i fix it thanks
