How do you gauge if your soulmate is a forgettable run-of-the-mill karmic soulmate, or the real thing?

Whatever that means? As in, can you toss them aside and forget they ever existed after your karmic dues are paid off? Also, how do you know you will be with them always and forever, and not have either of you run off with someone we meet "love at first sight"? To cut the long story short - how do you determine if you are bound to this person for the rest of your life, by soul agreement, freewill notwithstanding? (as in, you wanna run away but you can't)? Thankyou!!!

1. The run of the mill ones tend to become boring pretty quickly, from what I can tell. The relationship just doesn't feel like it's growing and you don't feel like you're growing within the relationship. I would imagine that discovering whether or not the soul mate were the real thing would just come down to possibly weathering many separations and always coming back to the same person. I don't really know though....so clearly I have not found the real thing.
2. You cannot determine any of these things, except in mind-game roulette. I would just be with your partner and love them the best you can, and then leave when you are supposed to leave. Not all soul mates can be together this time around. So take what is, and live it.
